Our Founder – Jessica Wheeler, MBA, CNA, CSA, BCPA

Jessica Wheeler founded CareVia Connect with a steadfast belief that every individual deserves care that nurtures dignity, independence, and purpose—at every stage of life.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), and Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA), Jessica brings both clinical knowledge and compassionate insight to her work. Her multidisciplinary background bridges healthcare, advocacy, and emotional support, ensuring that families receive guidance that honors the whole person—not just their care needs.
